For those of you who have known me through Houston Birth & Baby, you’ve witnessed my journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist, birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and future nurse midwife. For those of you just discovering this space—welcome. This is where deep wisdom meets clinical skill, where the sacred meets the scientific. And today, I’m proud to introduce the next evolution of my work: Elemental Birth & Wellness.
Why the Change?
Just like birth itself, my business has transformed—element by element.
While Houston Birth & Baby served as a beautiful foundation, it was time to expand. My offerings, my vision, and my own personal growth as a monitrice and nursing student demanded a name and space that reflected the full spectrum of what I bring to the table:

Elemental Birth & Wellness is a holistic perinatal and wellness practice that honors birth as a rite of passage—not just a medical event. Here, you’ll find a blend of modern midwifery care and timeless bodywork, birth education, and support grounded in science, soul, and sovereignty.
Who I Am
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (since 2002), certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and current nursing student on the path to becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife and Advanced Practice Nurse. I bring over two decades of experience, but more importantly, I bring presence, reverence, and real-world tools to help you navigate one of life’s most profound journeys.
